Gary Hodges, an Ithaca based, commercial photographer has been photographing people and their products for over two decades. He provides professional marketing photography for museums, educational, banking, medical, architectural, and hospitality institutions, as well as small businesses, professionals, artists, and families.
With a fine arts background, he has been well suited to working with Corning Museum of Glass and the CMoG web site is heavily populated with his photography. His study of art and architecture has lent to his creative vision for John Snyder Architects, as they have used his photography for the marketing of their modern buildings and projects. Ithaca Science Center's publications, banners, annual reports, and web site imagery exhibit his skill photographing children and families, and conveying concepts. Gary's engaging personality, high energy, and ability to work well with people has allowed him to put subjects at ease in many venues and shooting situations.
Gary Hodges Photography owns quality cameras, lenses, strobes, continuous lighting and lighting modifiers to meet a wide variety of needs. While Gary usually works alone, he maintains a working relationship with a colleague who has assisted on larger jobs.
